Along with being home to the Detroit Pistons and Red Wings, Little Caesers Arena also hosts other sporting events, concerts and entertainment year round. View Project More SOLANUS CASEY CENTER MASTER PLAN, DETROIT, MICHIGAN More SOLANUS CASEY CENTER MASTER PLAN, DETROIT, MICHIGAN The Solanus Casey Center Master Plan is a transformative approach to neighborhood stabilization. HAA worked closely with key stakeholders to extend the Center’s programming into the surrounding landscape, resulting in a neighborhood master plan that provides spaces for reflection, community gardening, recreation, and outdoor worship. View Project More SOUTHFIELD EVERCENTRE PLAN, SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN More SOUTHFIELD EVERCENTRE PLAN, SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN The City of Southfield identified the need for a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use development in the heart of the city’s center district to attract and retain professionals, spur economic development and create a district center with a “sense of place.” HAA provided the vision and tools to assist in facilitating the development of a highly walkable and dynamic environment while linking previously separated places within the district. Using this plan, the City issued a request for proposals to select a qualified development team to carry forward the vision and guiding principles. View Project More KRINGLE EMPORIUM, SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS More KRINGLE EMPORIUM, SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS HAA was tasked with designing a unique retail store and cafe for Kringle Candle Company in a historic 129-year-old French Protestant Church in Springfield, Mass. The adaptive reuse project celebrates the vaulted wood ceiling and arched windows while introducing delicate lighting and millwork elements, executed with understated materials. The refined finishes counterpoint the historic elements, producing a dynamic and delightful space. View Project We are Believers.
